OTP Bank is looking for an Hr Project Management Consultant for its Budapest Headquarters Background: Our HR transformation focuses on colleague experience. We are expanding and improving our solutions to have an effect on the entire employee life cycle of over 40,000 employees at group level. For this to happen, we need to renew our HR processes, tools, and redesign our internal operations with an appropriate governance support. Our goal is to create a framework within which HR planning, coordination and follow-up functions can be effectively implemented.
