Tasks: Maintain and improve Mfg related CI activity in accordance with CI&Quality Engineering Supporting, coordinating and participating in top down improvements, as well as setting targets Develop and maintain a high-dynamic CI community within MFG Operations and establish relationship with CI&Q Engineering Providing professional support (CI methods, tools, trainings), setting goals for CI coordinators of each Mfg Ops area, as well as taking part in their performance review Consolidating, demonstrating and reporting CI results Creating training structure for employees, which is being supervised, management and improvement of the current training system – starts from onboarding Monitoring, recommending, organizing leadership trainings for each level, aligned with other departments Organizing language trainings in employee and leadership level Creating uniform image for NIH Mfg Ops (Standardization, Visual Management, Open manufacturing topics) Developing standardized 6S processes, then managing, auditing these processes (participation in EHS Gemba’s) Supporting ISO and other internal/external audits (where it needed) Driving work related ergonomic improvements at any Mfg Ops department Strong cooperation in the above topics with other Mfg sites Requirements: University or College degree Fluent in English both oral and written 3-4 years experience in relevant field Leadership experiences About us: National Instruments is an American corporate, which is a market leader in measurement and control automatization.
