HR Data Team Lead position is open at our prestigious, worldwide-known multinational partner with an inspirational atmosphere in Budapest. This position is a maternity cover with a 1 year fix-term contract with the possibility for extension. As a HR Data Team Lead your main tasks are: Lead your team to provide Workday support to managers and employees. Take every opportunity to challenge, inspire and develop your team; build a strong ethos of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead by example; take on requests and model standards of efficiency and proactivity in every resolution. Execute employee Workday changes on request. Provide operational support, record management and reporting.
