We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist based in Szekesfehervar, Hungary. The incumbent supports the main activities to ensure Company’s compensation packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines and market competitiveness, and also in compliance legal regulations. Main tasks: Supports general compensation activities such as job evaluations and variable pay plans and provide guidance to HR and Managers on compensation related questions and activities. Ensure compensation programs and polices comply with all regulations. Assists in developing communication materials and facilitates presentations and training to HR and management on various compensation initiatives and programs. Assist the Compensation & Benefits area in the compensation surveys conducted by various consultants, including benchmark with key industry contacts as needed. Support year-end cycle such as Base Salary management, Performance Pay & Incentive Compensation (IC) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI), for the eligible population in different Regions. Participate in Workday end user-testing, and documentation. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Active participation on global C&B projects and initiatives. Personal skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics or other related degree or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in general HR and/or Compensation preferred. Expertise and knowledge of technology (Workday preferred) and HR processes and tools. Experience analyzing data sets in Excel and a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.Proven customer relations skills across a diverse business organization. Demonstrated understanding of financial processes and concepts. Fluency in English.
