Your new company German HR Consultant job is open at our multinational partner, who is operating in the BPO sector and has a newly established project in their Budapest office. Your new role The aim of the position is to successfully manage the employee information in the EMEA region. As a HR Consultant you will be responsible for an end-to-end HR support for the German entity of the company. You will support recruitment and the administration of the hire to retire processes and prepare the HR documents and collect and prepare payroll data. You will prepare and change employee documents (e.g. contract) and run ad hoc HR related reports. Besides accurately managing the employee data and taking part in the compensation strategy and performance planning is also part of the role.What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful candidate you need to have 1-3 years of experience in HR and you need to speak English and German fluently.
