Your new company A German HR Team Leader role is open at our client which is a prestigious multinational company in the pharma industry in Budapest. Your new role As a German HR Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and managing a HR support team of 10-12 people, as well as coordinating process migration procedure from the parent company in the DACH region. Your job will be monitoring the individual and team performance, providing regular and ad hoc KPI reports and run monthly on to one evaluations. You will act as a first point of contact and resolve more complex customer requests, while liaising with the internal and external stakeholders via phone and email. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for this position has at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team in any customer oriented field and speaks English and German fluently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also required. It’s an advantage if you have some process migrating experience.
