Your new company HR Manager role is open at our multinational client who is operating in the IT sector. The office is located in Budapest. Your new role As HR Manager you will being touch with the departments and management to provide support them in HR related questions in order to help them to meet their business objectives. Active participation in HR processes and projects, including the performance and talent management, employee engagement, employer satisfaction, compensation and benefit will be also part of your duties. As an HR Manager you will be responsible for handling labour law issues, keeping contact with payroll providers and handling administrative tasks in Hungary and other 3-5 countries in the CEE region. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate has preferably College/University degree and 4-5 years’ experience as HR Business Partner. The position requires fluent English knowledge besides native Hungarian, good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), solid understanding of Hungarian Labour Code, proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
