EMEIA Talent Acquisition Manager National Instruments (NI) is seeking a talented individual to build and execute on a strategy to effectively hire experienced professionals for NI’s offices across the EMEIA Region. This position is responsible for partnering with the Americas and EMEIA Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, business leaders and other Human Resources (HR) professionals to drive nurturing, sourcing, selection and hiring strategies to ensure that we have the right talent at the right time to meet NI’s global workforce planning needs. This individual should be a creative thought leader in innovative ways to support NI’s HR People Platform. Main tasks and responsibilities: Manage a team of recruiters; coaching, setting priorities, goals, and plans for each recruiter; developing their skills, managing weekly activity, and monitoring results. Develop effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business using the appropriate mix of internal and external recruitment. Research benchmark data to ensure strategies align with industry best practices. Assist with maintaining and updating the global talent acquisition processes, tools, and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, timely and cost-effective delivery to meet talent needs. Serve as a strategic thought leader in talent acquisition with a subject matter expertise of the labor markets served and talent sources to provide insights to HR and business leaders. Deliver ongoing reporting that tracks results, impact and cost-effectiveness of resources and tactics within the recruiting teams and across hiring managers and interviewers. Analyze data to drive insights and to detect trends and continuous improvement opportunities regarding recruitment decisions and adjusting the strategy to optimize ROI. Partner with the wider HR team (including Compensation and HR Business Partners) to provide observations and data around compensation trends, market intelligence, etc. Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders, to understand their talent needs and develop strategies and plans to meet those needs. Be an active contributor to NI’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and tools and funnel key requirements to the global TA Program Manager for prioritization and implementation. Approach work with a mindset of continuous improvement, collaboration, customer focus, flexibility, positivity and engagement across the team. This role will also have full life-cycle recruiting ownership for certain roles and perform other responsibilities as required. Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Must be able to write and speak English fluently. Experience leading others directly or through project work. Comfortable at spanning the range of activities from strategy to execution. Experience with full lifecycle recruiting. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Experience in interviewing and selection and knowledge of best-in-class recruiting techniques, models and processes. Demonstrated data analytics capabilities with the ability to identify insights, alternative solutions and recommendations. Ability to be a solutions partner for stakeholders and leverage market intelligence to inform and shape strategies and decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and holistically solve problems and seize opportunities. Adept at influencing a complex set of stakeholders through strong relationships, expertise and data. Ability to work well in a fast paced, changing and team-oriented environment.
